XactAnalysis SP is the service provider side of the network carriers and TPAs use to send loss assignments. Contractors receive the assignment with the loss file, photos, and sketches attached, then return the finished estimate in ESX format and post status updates without rekeying anything. Firms on program work are usually placed on it by the carrier rather than choosing it themselves.
