iGUIDE captures a property with a lidar and 360 camera in a single visit and returns a measured schematic floor plan, a 3D tour for remote review, and photo documentation of the loss. Planitar publishes typical measurement uncertainty of 0.5 percent for distance and 1 percent for floor area, and delivers CAD, DWG, SVG, and PDF outputs that feed a scope. The camera is purchased hardware; deliverables are bought per capture with no subscription required.
