magicplan lets a technician sketch or LiDAR scan the structure on a phone, mark affected areas, record moisture readings and initial drying logs, and attach photos, video, and 360 captures to each room. Scopes built in the app convert to line items and quantities and export to Xactimate and other estimating platforms. Subscriptions are sold by monthly project volume rather than per seat, with unlimited users included.
