Mitigate is the current name for the MICA mobile app from Next Gear Solutions, now sold by Cotality. Technicians log moisture content readings against picture-guided prompts, capture psychrometric conditions, build LiDAR floor plans, and sync drying data back to the office as the day runs. The workflow follows ANSI/IICRC S500 so the file holds up when a carrier audits the drying log.
