Xactimate builds room-by-room sketches and line-item estimates against Verisk's monthly reconstruction price lists, which most carriers accept as the basis for settling a water loss. Desktop, web, and mobile access sit under a single seat, and finished estimates move to carriers in ESX format. It is the format most carrier programs ask restoration firms to submit in.
